“Every semester, my coursemates and I have to work in groups to solve real-life problems for real clients. Our lecturers emphasise that all work must be researched-based. In my class, lecturers bombarding students with questions is common practice. It is all part of the high standard of teaching and learning here at Curtin Malaysia. It is challenging and exciting at the same time.

“One great thing about studying here is that everyone’s personalities and opinions are respected. We may be of different nationalities but studying together with students from many different countries has helped broaden my insights and develop a very global outlook.

“Although there are Massive Open Online Courses or MOOCs in this digital era that we can learn from, I still think attending a university like Curtin is a worthwhile investment. You not only gain from the educational resources provided by the university, but also the unique student experience studying in a very international and cross-cultural environment.
