“I’m proud to be a Curtin Volunteer! and to be among those initiating the CV! Snap&Share project on campus. It is quite similar to the Humans of Curtin Malaysia and my experience with the project helped me learn a lot about the students and staff at Curtin Malaysia.
“I really enjoy voluntary work, something I was first exposed to in my hometown where I would feed the needy on the streets. When I joined Curtin Malaysia, I got involved in clubs like the Curtin Volunteers! and AIESEC to continue my passion in volunteering. It has helped me gain a wider perspective about voluntary work and to become more adventurous.
“Volunteering is a simple act and anyone can be a volunteer. It’s up to the individual. So, step out of your comfort zone and lend a helping hand. Your act of kindness could make a difference in someone’s life.” –Wong Si Teng, Applied Geology student
