“When I first arrived at Curtin Malaysia in 2018 as a foundation student, I never imagined I would one day be pursuing a PhD here. What started as a place of study has become a place of growth, opportunity, and lifelong connections.
As a postgraduate student, I’ve presented my research at conferences, exchanged ideas with scholars from around the world, and gained valuable insights that have shaped my academic journey. Through the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) programme, I’ve also had the privilege of supporting undergraduate students, which has been one of the most rewarding parts of my experience.
Most importantly, I’m grateful for the friends, mentors, and supervisors who have supported me every step of the way. Their encouragement has made my Curtin journey truly meaningful and unforgettable.” — Sharon Goh Meng Xuang, PhD (Chemical Engineering) student
