“Without a doubt, coming to Curtin Malaysia was the best decision I’ve ever made. I remember when I first came from Zimbabwe, I had no idea that being part of a student organisation like the International Students Association was going to make me jump out of my shell and open doors to a wider spectrum of activities. We have worked with various local organisations on events, which has given me the opportunity to interact with both industry and the local community, learn more about the real world, and apply my knowledge in public relations. I also featured in The Borneo Post which is Sarawak’s most-read English newspaper.
