Nurlina has always believed that every voice deserves to be heard – a belief that has shaped her life’s work.

After more than two decades in corporate communication, she noticed a recurring truth: people often had great ideas but struggled to express them with clarity and confidence. She came to see that communication isn’t just about speaking – it’s about connection, courage and character.

That realisation inspired her new mission: to empower others to rise above challenges and unlock their potential through communication, a growth mindset and emotional intelligence.

With that vision, Nurlina founded InspiraComm, a social enterprise dedicated to transforming individuals and organisations through human-centred learning. For the past nine years, her programmes have helped people – from students to professionals – bridge the gap between skill and self-belief, and communicate with authenticity and impact.

Her work extends beyond training rooms, connecting education, corporate development and social impact. As a social entrepreneur, she brings learning to underserved communities, giving marginalised youth opportunities to build confidence, purpose and hope.

Whether speaking to a crowd, guiding a team or mentoring young changemakers, Nurlina’s message remains the same: “You have a voice.
