Noor E Fatiha

“Hi, I’m chemical engineering student Noor E Fatiha.

“Upon completing my A-Levels, I searched extensively for the right institute and chanced upon Curtin Malaysia, which I joined in early 2020, as it offered my preferred course and more. Apart from its reputation for delivering quality education, ranking along with its parent campus among the top 1% of universities worldwide, I was impressed by its strong commitment to ensuring all its students are career-ready when they graduate.  Furthermore, all its engineering courses are accredited nationally and internationally, and very affordable compared to studying the same courses in Australia.

“I really enjoy campus life at Curtin Malaysia with its students from all over the globe enriching campus life. When I first came to Miri, the diverse and friendly campus community made me feel at ease right away. Attending classes and hanging out with people from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds has been a big part of the learning experience. I have had the opportunity to participate in various club activities, community service, seminars and workshops, all of which have helped deepen my appreciation of this very inclusive campus.

“Adapting to the local culture and lifestyle has also been a lot of fun and probably among the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve taken in all the sights, tried many of the local delicacies, and taken part in cultural activities on campus. All these have helped me appreciate Sarawak’s culture and heritage a whole lot more. As I enter my final year of undergraduate studies, I am eager to make even more memories before I graduate.” – Noor E Fatiha, Chemical Engineering student
