“I never planned to study engineering, and Curtin Malaysia wasn’t even my first choice. Everything changed when I came across Environmental Engineering while browsing the university website. The mix of problem-solving and environmental impact immediately caught my attention, and that curiosity soon became my passion.

“As an introvert, stepping into engineering was intimidating. Curtin’s strong focus on teamwork and collaboration pushed me beyond my comfort zone and taught me that quiet people still have valuable voices.

“Now in my third year after completing industrial training, I’ve gained not only technical skills, but also confidence in who I am.
