Kelvin Ong Jee Hui

“Hi, I’m final-year chemical engineering student Kelvin Ong Jee Hui.

Engineering was actually not my first choice when trying to choose what career path to pursue. When I had finally set my mind on a career in engineering and enrolled at Curtin Malaysia, I then had to decide which engineering discipline to major in.

Luckily, I got to know a lot of wonderful seniors and lecturers, who offered suggestions and helped me decide on chemical engineering. That proved invaluable and I have not regretted making that decision.

Thanks to people like them, I have thoroughly enjoyed my life at Curtin Malaysia. I’m now in my fourth year and nearing the end of my university journey. I hope everything goes well and I will graduate with flying colours. Best wishes to all my peers and new students entering the uni. Be sure to enjoy uni life to the fullest!”
