“Curtin Malaysia was not my first choice when I graduated from high school, but somehow I ended up here. I have to say two aspects of Curtin Malaysia have really impressed me. Firstly, it’s the people. Most of the lecturers and administrative staff I’ve come across were very friendly and helpful. I can see that most of the lecturers are teaching with their hearts, even during the pandemic. They did not just come, speak and leave. They made sure their students understood their lectures and offered help if they didn’t. My friends and classmates are also nice.
“Secondly, it is the environment. Curtin Malaysia has a huge campus surrounded by lots of greenery. It’s very calming and whatever stress I have is greatly reduced every time I walk around the campus. Overall, Curtin Malaysia is a good place to study and I’m really happy to be here.” –Chong Jia Hao, Environmental Engineering student
